辦稅服務(wù)廳現(xiàn)有干部職工5人,均為女性,其中共黨員3人,是一支地地道道的“娘子軍”,正是這樣一支特色的“娘子軍”隊(duì)伍,在縣局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視和指導(dǎo)下,她們巾幗不讓須眉,各項(xiàng)工作都取得了驕人的成績(jī)。她們擔(dān)負(fù)著全縣近2300戶納稅人的涉稅事項(xiàng)受理,2億多稅收任務(wù)的征收工作。在2008年——2010年里,她們共征收入庫稅款計(jì)5.72億元,圓滿完成了上級(jí)下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)征收任務(wù)。2008年以來,辦稅服務(wù)廳連續(xù)被評(píng)為縣局先進(jìn)單位,其中有3人被縣局評(píng)為優(yōu)秀公務(wù)員和先進(jìn)個(gè)人,并先后被縣、州兩級(jí)文明委表彰授予為“文明窗口”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。她們的艱辛付出為下一步爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)省級(jí)、國家級(jí)榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

為加強(qiáng)辦稅廳標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),切實(shí)做到“外觀形象、廳內(nèi)設(shè)施、窗口職責(zé)、公開內(nèi)容、公開形式、服務(wù)質(zhì)量”等按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化模式實(shí)施,辦稅服務(wù)大廳將辦稅窗口統(tǒng)一設(shè)置為“綜合服務(wù)”窗口,同時(shí)重新優(yōu)化窗口職責(zé),進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)重組,將原有“綜合服務(wù)”、“發(fā)票管理”窗口的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行合并,讓納稅人在一個(gè)窗口就能辦結(jié)所有涉稅事宜,使改進(jìn)后的窗口業(yè)務(wù)范圍更加廣泛、職責(zé)更加清晰、服務(wù)更加方便。
