1.大學(xué)生畢業(yè)生享有平等就業(yè)權(quán)

　　平等就業(yè)權(quán)淵源于我國憲法，是勞動權(quán)和平等權(quán)共同派生的一個權(quán)利，平等就業(yè)權(quán)綜合了生存權(quán)和發(fā)展權(quán)的基本人權(quán)特征，是一項具有社會性的重要權(quán)利。大學(xué)畢業(yè)生作為中國公民，享有憲法上規(guī)定的基本權(quán)利。憲法第 32條第二款明確規(guī)定：“中華人民共和國公民在法律面前一律平等。”第 42條第一款規(guī)定：“中華人民共和國公民有勞動的權(quán)利和義務(wù)。”這兩條規(guī)定是平等就業(yè)權(quán)的憲法依據(jù)。我國《勞動法》第12條對該權(quán)利作出了具體的規(guī)定:“勞動者就業(yè)，不因民族、種族、性別、宗教信仰不同而受到歧視。”因此，當(dāng)大學(xué)在就業(yè)過程中受到歧視時，完全可以法據(jù)理力爭。

1、近年來國家的就業(yè)形勢不容樂觀。2009年全國大學(xué)生人數(shù)比去年增長10%以上。截止到2008年5月，全國07屆大學(xué)生未就業(yè)人員已超過100萬人。2009年就業(yè)形勢仍然十分嚴(yán)峻。北京生源學(xué)生面對三大就業(yè)壓力：外地生源競爭強、高學(xué)歷人才人數(shù)多、專科學(xué)歷占劣勢。大學(xué)生就業(yè)壓力繼續(xù)增大。預(yù)計這種情況將持續(xù)到2012年前不會得到緩解。
2009年畢業(yè)生總量：2009年全國應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生將超過600萬人（不含歷年沉積下來的畢業(yè)生），比08年增加50萬人；北京市約22萬人，比08年增加近2萬人；北京生源8萬人，比08年增加1萬人，達歷史新高；我院高職畢業(yè)生2009屆2000人以上，比去年增長650人；
需求量：北京市勞動局2008年1月公布：今年北京各用人單位總需求8.7萬人，而明確表示只招收北京生源的僅3.5萬人，占40%，再加上學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)和專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)矛盾突出，就業(yè)形勢非常緊張。
2、由于北京高校的外地生源不愿離京，大批外地高校的大學(xué)生也涌入北京找工作，給北京大學(xué)生就業(yè)帶來更大壓力。
3、今年用人單位對高學(xué)歷畢業(yè)生需求繼續(xù)增長，60%的崗位要求是研究生，研究生供需基本平衡。北京市本科以上生源豐富，高職生就業(yè)更加困難。本科生、專科生處于供大于求的劣勢狀態(tài)，尤其是專科生，今年北京將有4萬名專科生畢業(yè)，產(chǎn)生會很多專科生無業(yè)可就的局面。

二、成功就業(yè)的“四要點”
大家知道，國家自10余年前進行了人事制度改革以后，大學(xué)生的就業(yè)已經(jīng)是由國家分配變?yōu)殡p向選擇。就業(yè)工作是市場行為，學(xué)院就業(yè)部門只是起到一個推薦和牽線搭橋的作用。目前任何用人單位和學(xué)生都是采取雙向選擇的就業(yè)方法，學(xué)院就業(yè)部門不可能包辦代替，不可能強迫學(xué)生到某一個單位去工作或是強迫用人單位必須錄用我院學(xué)生，如果學(xué)生不能適應(yīng)用人單位的要求，找不到工作就是必然的結(jié)果，所以我們要求學(xué)生對待就業(yè)要珍惜機遇、把握機會、目光放遠、目標(biāo)放低，盡快就業(yè)。
每個畢業(yè)生都面臨兩個問題，一是能不能找到工作，二是能不能找到合適的工作。
所謂成功就業(yè)，就是使學(xué)生找到一個適合自身條件與發(fā)展的職業(yè)。影響學(xué)生就業(yè)的因素是多方面的，但關(guān)鍵是四個要素，即心理、能力、定位、方法
1、心理是影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的首要因素
自卑、自大、攀比、怯場等各式各樣的心理毛病都妨礙學(xué)生正常求職。所以學(xué)生求職時要調(diào)整好自己的就業(yè)心態(tài)；建立自信、主動的就業(yè)意識；確定同自身條件和外部環(huán)境一致的價值理念；保持與用人單位交流的良好狀態(tài)。2、能力，是畢業(yè)生成功就業(yè)的基本條件
畢業(yè)生要成功就業(yè)，就必須適應(yīng)社會需要，提高自己的綜合素質(zhì)，增強干事的能力。這個能力，不僅包括專業(yè)知識能力，學(xué)習(xí)能力，還包括處理人際關(guān)系的能力、表達能力、解決實際問題的能力。已經(jīng)上崗實習(xí)的學(xué)生要特別注意，這段時間是用人單位了解和考察畢業(yè)生能力的關(guān)鍵時期，我們要求學(xué)生高度重視

準(zhǔn)確的就業(yè)定位，有利于畢業(yè)生在求職過程中不失時機確定適合自己的職業(yè)。每年都有一些學(xué)生不能及時就業(yè)，重要時原因就是定位不準(zhǔn)。不考慮自身條件和性格特征，不清楚社會需求畢業(yè)生的大環(huán)境。現(xiàn)在研究生、本科生都把就業(yè)的期望值降得很低，（研究生1500元、本科生800元就干）一些高職生還不切實際地過高的估價自己，這山望著那山高、盲目攀比、求全挑剔，不切實際地追求高薪，不僅找不到滿意的工作，而且會失去就業(yè)機會。
4、方法，也叫求職技巧，對學(xué)生就業(yè)有重要影響。
畢業(yè)生就業(yè)求職是一門學(xué)問。從寫求職自薦信，收集用人單位需求信息，從參加招聘活動，面試筆試，到簽訂協(xié)議（或合同），每個環(huán)節(jié)都有規(guī)律和技巧。學(xué)校和家長幫助學(xué)生了解和掌握這些規(guī)律和技巧。比如：參加面試，是畢業(yè)生綜合實力的短時間集中展示，必須做認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備，絕不能倉促應(yīng)戰(zhàn)，要從心態(tài)儀容、穿著、資料、交談內(nèi)容等方面進行準(zhǔn)備。
三、學(xué)院按照教委要求，已經(jīng)把就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和就業(yè)推薦作為學(xué)生就業(yè)工作的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，努力做好“四化”。
經(jīng)過多年的努力，學(xué)院的就業(yè)工作目前已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)“四化”——全程化、全員化、專業(yè)化、信息化
全程化，是就業(yè)指導(dǎo)“四化”要求的首要要求。所謂“全程化”，就是就業(yè)指導(dǎo)要貫穿從學(xué)生入學(xué)到畢業(yè)的全過程。通過加強就業(yè)指導(dǎo)，幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)清就業(yè)形勢，調(diào)節(jié)好成功就業(yè)“四要素”，使學(xué)生努力實現(xiàn)成功就業(yè)。
全員化，是指從學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到每個教師、每個學(xué)生管理工作人員，都積極投入對學(xué)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)，學(xué)校的各方面工作真正體現(xiàn)以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向。近年，學(xué)院建立了系一級新的學(xué)生管理體系，目的之一，是落實就業(yè)工作全員化。使各教學(xué)系的全體教師，不僅抓教學(xué)，而且管學(xué)生、關(guān)心和參與學(xué)生就業(yè)工作。四、學(xué)院的就業(yè)工作情況介紹：
